I accept the below insurances. Please note that carrier plans’ provider networks and coverage vary and we will need to verify your insurance prior to scheduling. In addition to a copay, you may be responsible for coinsurance or deductibles, so it’s important to check before we get started.

Out-of-Network
Some insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits. The plan will cover a portion of the cost and you’ll be responsible for the remainder. 60-70% coverage is typical, but benefits vary by plan so it’s important to check with your insurance carrier. If you have a PPO plan, you’ll some have out-of-network benefits.
Mental health services are an eligible FSA and HSA expense.
If you’re interested in using your out-of-network insurance benefits or FSA/HSA, I can provide a “superbill” receipt for you to submit for reimbursement. I don’t submit these claims on your behalf.
Cash Pay
$150 per 55-minute therapy session
I accept Zelle and Venmo.
I maintain a limited number of sliding scale slots on my caseload.
Gender Affirming Surgery Letters
$150 flat fee includes an assessment, a letter conforming to WPATH Standards of Care, and one free letter revision if needed. More information on gender affirming surgery letters. I don’t accept insurance for assessments unless you will be continuing therapy services with me.
