Get Started with LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy

Starting therapy can be daunting, but you’ve already taken the difficult first step.

Here’s what you can expect if you choose to work with me.

Free Consultation

During your free 20 minute consultation, we’ll discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your concerns and goals, and what therapy with me might be like. You’ll have a chance to ask me questions, too. Usually by the end of the meeting we’ll know if it seems like a good fit.

First Few Sessions

During our first meeting, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy in more depth and collect some important background information. Over the next few sessions, I’ll learn more about you and your story. We’ll work together to identify your goals and set expectations for future sessions.

Ongoing Therapy

What happens next is entirely unique to you, based on your needs and goals. We'll focus on what feels most important to you. Sometimes our work will involve deep reflection. At other times, it may focus on practical tools for navigating daily life.

As of March 2026, I have one biweekly opening on Tuesdays at 7:30pm.

I’m also available for one-time gender affirming surgery assessments and letters.
